Aristi is located in Central Zagori, on a green hill at an altitude of 650 meters. It is one of the largest and most beautiful villages of Zagorochoria, with old mansions, churches and monasteries that bear witness to the prosperity and culture of the village over the years.

The alpine lakes, gorges, rivers and the dense vegetation along the Vikos gorge area create a landscape of wild and untouched nature. Vikos Gorge holds Guinness record as the gorge with the smaller opening, only 1100 meters, and a depth over 900 meters.
